【About room cleaning】

Thank you for using Grids Tokyo Ueno Hotel & Hostel.

As part of our commitment to the SDGs, starting from guests arriving on Saturday, June 1, 2024, our hostel will clean the rooms once every three days to reduce our environmental impact. (All rooms including dormitory rooms).

If you stay a private room with bath and toilet for one or two nights, we will change the amenities upon your request.

Our hostel will continue to make efforts to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

※ Private rooms with shared bathrooms and toilets are not equipped with amenities, Please rent or purchase amenities at the front desk.
